Swish launched in Sweden

Today and at last Swish has launched their real-time person-to-person money transfer app. Consumers at participating banks can now transfers money between their respective bank accounts. Prereq’s are mobile app, mobile bank ID (eID) and bank account/s.

Participating from start is 6 largest banks in Sweden, app is the same and the banks compete on t’s & c’s. Swedbank as example will take; 5 sek monthly fee + 1 sek per money transfer (no fees until July 1, 2013).

So now WyWallet got a real competitor even though Swish only offer P2P and WyWallet is a general mobile payment service covering all payment situations.
